The seller has a processing time to send the goods. If the processing time ends and your seller fails to send the package, your order will be automatically cancelled and you’ll get a full refund.
When your package has been dispatched, you get a tracking number which allows you to follow your order all the way to your doorstep.

Click the Confirm Goods Received button only after you have the package in your hands and are satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds and returns can only be requested before your Purchase Protection period ends. You can view by when the Purchase Protection period ends in your Order Details.
- Some shipping companies take up to 10 days to update the tracking code. In very rare occasions, there are shipping companies that do not provide any tracking information. In these cases, you will find that the package status is “null” or “not found”.
- If after 10 days there is still no tracking information available, please contact the seller. Please also make sure that you pay attention to the Purchase Protection period (which you can find in your Order Details). If you don’t receive your order on time, you can open a dispute.
